Bookings and Payments: All session bookings are strictly confirmed upon full receipt of payment. Detailed pricing, session duration, and available schedules are clearly presented on our platform prior to payment confirmation. Refunds are reviewed and issued on a case-by-case basis through the original payment method. Limitation of Liability, Service Accountability, and Counselor Conduct
EchoSoul takes full responsibility for the quality, advice, and conduct of all counselors on our platform, as every counselor is directly hired, vetted, and managed under our strict supervision and guidelines. We do not operate as an independent booking intermediary; therefore, if you experience any unsatisfactory or unprofessional guidance, please contact us immediately via the official contact details on our website so we can review your feedback and take necessary disciplinary or legal action. However, to guarantee your protection and maintain our legal accountability, all appointments and communications must occur exclusively through our official domains (www.echosoul.co.in and www.echosoul.info); clients are strictly advised not to share personal contact details with counselors, and EchoSoul shall assume zero liability or accountability for any off-platform sessions, personal agreements, or arrangements made outside our official website.
Counselor Selection and Verification Policy
Counselors at EchoSoul are strictly onboarded through a selective, internal recruitment process. We do not accept unsolicited applications, and any uninvited applications submitted through our platform will be automatically rejected. Every counselor associated with EchoSoul undergoes a rigorous vetting procedure, including thorough background checks, verification of academic qualifications, and multi-round interviews to ensure they meet our high standards. Only candidates who successfully clear our evaluation criteria are handpicked and approved to provide counseling sessions on our platform.
Bookings, Payments, and Refund Policy
All session bookings are confirmed only upon the complete receipt of payment. The pricing, session duration, and available time slots are clearly displayed prior to final payment. If you encounter any issues with a booking or wish to request a refund, please notify us immediately by contacting our team via the official email address or phone number provided on our website. Upon receiving your request, our team will review the issue, and eligible refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Clients must allow up to 72 hours from the time of notification for refund requests to be processed and settled. Account Responsibility and Age Eligibility
To access our services and book sessions, you may be required to create an account. Age Eligibility: Our services are strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Emergency Care and Crisis Services Disclaimer
EchoSoul provides scheduled counseling and life-coaching sessions and is not an emergency, psychiatric, or crisis intervention service. Our services are not designed or equipped to handle urgent mental health crises, life-threatening situations, or self-harm risks. If you are experiencing a severe emotional crisis, having thoughts of self-harm or harming others, or require immediate medical assistance, please do not rely on EchoSoul.
